   Oh dear. Try not to fret too much (it only makes it worse) I’ve got very dark hair like you and found my first grey one when I was about 20. I pulled it out too. Nearly 10 years later and I’m at the stage where pulling them out would make my hair a bit thin around the temples. Thankfully though the only people who ever notice them are me, my Mum who cuts my hair, and my brother who has a LOT more than me so is a little paranoid, and has probably never forgiven me for the comment I made when I was 7 about him only having a few more years left before he went bald. (He’s still got a full head of hair.)

   Yeah, I got my first about 23, but there have been only half a dozen since then (and I’m a whopping 29 now) so I wouldn’t worry too much. And there´s always Clairol.

   I’ve been going grey since I was 13, if it wasn’t for the wonder of bad dye jobs I would have spent my uni life very very grey.

   Look at it as an excuse for many different hair experiments
